Simple guidelines for using the FIC website, Church CRM and Member Portal responsibly.
The FIC Portal is provided to support church administration, fellowship, communication, discipleship, worship, ministry coordination, member care and related Family in Christ activities.
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity performed through your account. Do not share your password. Tell an FIC administrator if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Use the Portal in a way that reflects respect for other people and the ministry. Do not use it to harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate others, distribute harmful material, interfere with the system, or engage in unlawful or inappropriate activity.
Member-directory details, group information, prayer information, attendance information and other non-public Portal content must not be copied, scraped, sold, publicly posted or used for unrelated marketing or personal solicitation without appropriate permission.
Respect the confidentiality of prayer requests, support matters and pastoral information. Access to information does not give permission to share it outside the intended ministry context.
You remain responsible for information, comments, photos and other material you submit. Only upload material that you are allowed to share. FIC may remove or restrict content that is inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful, infringes another person's rights or conflicts with the purpose of the Portal.
Public-profile and sharing features are optional where provided. Before sharing information publicly, review what will be visible. Separate permission may be requested for FIC to use photos or videos in public church communications, websites, social media or promotional materials.
By maintaining a Portal account, you may receive necessary account, ministry, event, meeting and church-service communications. Promotional or optional communications should be handled appropriately and may be subject to available preferences.
FIC may restrict, suspend or disable access when reasonably necessary to protect members, maintain security, investigate misuse, comply with applicable requirements or protect the proper operation of the ministry Portal.
We aim to keep the Portal useful and available, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Features may be corrected, improved, changed or discontinued as ministry and technical needs develop.
Some Portal features may link to or use third-party services, such as online meeting, email, media or external website services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you use them.
If you have questions about these terms or believe the Portal is being misused, contact FIC through the Member Portal Contact Support page or speak with an authorized FIC administrator.
